About this apartment rental
Welcome to the Caribbean Dreams condominium, at Bahay Condos. Located in the high-value area of Coco Beach in Playa del Carmen. This studio can accommodate up to 4 people: your bedroom features a king bed for 2 people, in your living room there is a sofa bed to accommodate 2 more people. It also has a safe, a large television screen, a terrace to sit, relax, enjoy the fresh air and sun. Your kitchenette has everything you need to cook, and a folding table next to your kitchen bar which can also be used as a desk to work.
The building offers a wonderful sea view from its rooftop and a long swimming pool, which is perfect for a swimming routine; likewise, it has lounge chairs for sunbathing and a equipped gym so you can stay in shape and meet your training needs. There is an elevator to easily access the rooftop. This building has only 30 units so the common areas will never be crowded.
The Bahay condominiums are located one block from the beach and 2 blocks from Fifth Avenue, where you will find the tree-lined 38th Street with the most bohemian restaurants and bars in Playa del Carmen. On Fifth Avenue and very close to the condominium you will find the seafood restaurant Las hijas de la tostada, the wine shop Off the Vine, a spectacular Huichol handicraft store Tierra Huichol or the delicious boutique café Ah Cacao among other beautiful shops.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals pay for electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.
Early Entry / Late Exit:
- In case you require early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.

This is my first time staying at Bahay condos in Paya Del Carmen. It is my second time using a rental services provided by North American standards properties.
This location is two minutes from Avenue 5 where you can find all of the shopping and bars and restaurants for tourist and then a 5 to 10 minute walk to several public beaches. The Apartment was very quiet for me and provided everything that I needed and each of the few times I needed some additional help, It was provided by our host very quickly. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and will provide you with a secure building. I would recommend staying at this place. It provides even more than you might expect for the wonderful price they offer. I am sure you enjoy your time if you choose to stay at this location.
