Villa Gotmar by Sealand Villas

The villa was in ideal location, peaceful area and close to the beach and other amenities, size and layout of villa was perfect, pool decent size and all the family enjoyed our stay at the villa, the table tennis and children’s little corner was a success with the granddaughter and our son Kitchen stocked with plenty cutlery, plates, mugs and glasses etc Received a little welcome pack of water, tea, coffee, sugar, vinegars, dishwasher tablets Washing machine and dishwasher all worked fine, over clean and worked great BBQ was decent size Plenty of outdoor seating around the villa so you can follow the sun or sit in the shade Beds all comfy and plenty of storage 2 bathrooms - 1 a shower room with toilet, other bath with shower over and toilet (both had toilet paper in on arriving) Man came to clean pool every other day and was lovely and friendly

The towels / villa were not cleaned once during our stay even despite us emailing to say we wanted the towels to be changed during our stay as we there for 7 days - only downside was this wasn’t cleaned during our stay so we had to clean ourselves when was expecting Villa towels etc to be done during stay. Was a lot on ants and mosquitos during our stay but people saying that due to the temperature (we visited August) this obviously not a villa issue just thought mention as good idea to take ant/mosqito stuff

Velindrettet villa, god beliggenhed i stille kvarter tæt ved strand og by. Rent og pænt. Lækker pool.

the pool being so close to the terrace and seating area was great for keeping an eye on little ones while they swam. nice space around the Villa for kids to play. and all secure. beds and pillows etc are comfortable and space inside the villa is good, and the aircon works well. the location is lovely. nice residential area with other lovely villas and quiet wide roads. small supermarket a short walk, for essentials. the walk to the beach is around 10 mins for an adult and nearly 20 mins for small ones.

outdoor seating for dining, sitting and chatting etc, is a bit uncomfortable. there’s a really noisy water pressurising unit outside, next to the main poolside seating area. it makes a very loud noise anytime someone runs the water, has a shower etc. the noise is brief, but loud and annoying. the built in outdoor BBQ was fine, but took some getting used to.
