I really like this place for long term staying. It’s quite clean staff are attentive, was great having a fridge and kitchen in my room. Fitness room was perfect!!

The staff was very supportive and helpful. They have provided a water can in room since we were staying for a week. This saved the hassle of getting water bottles every now and then. The room had basic cooking facilities - utensils, gas stove, microwave oven and refrigerator. The room was clean. The tv had various streaming subscriptions available. They were very accommodative of our requirements with respect to scheduling. Checkin and checkout processes were smooth. The location is good, its in a residential layout bit away from the traffic and is near to hitech city.

The refrigerator power is also from the common one linked to the key card. Once you go out of the room, along with all other electricals, the refrigerator also gets powered off. Hence if you're going out for the whole day, any items kept in the fridge may get spoilt. Excessive usage of naphthalene balls in the room. Even after returning back, our clothes and bags kept in the room still smell of naphtha.

Room was good with all required facilities.

Restaurant timing must be increased. And there should be more options in breakfast.

Locality is good & peaceful. Close to Hitech city. Property is neat & clean. Staff is courteous. Safe for women & long stays.

First & foremost - Booking was confirmed for studio room with sofa cum bed, but I was not given the same. Location may not be convenient if you have to cook & have to go out and get some grocery/veggies/milk etc.. everything has to be ordered online. In-house restaurant is bad. No proper food bill given - Problem for business travelers as it cannot be re-imbursed. They refused add food bill in the final Hotel Invoice too. Utensils not enough to cook. Cooker faulty, refused to give tea pot, no proper plates/cups/glasses/spoons. Fibre plates, fibre tea cups & beer glasses for water looks cheap & not desirable. For the money we pay, the items provided are cheap.
