H-ELIOS

The friendly trilingual landlord lives above the rented facilities. We had a view to the sea 24h7d. The apartment and the garden had everything we needed for the daily routine. We enjoyed the view from a wooden bench (where we also had dinner) and from two extensible chairs, available at the entrance of the apartment together with a cloth drying stand (e.g., towels and bathing suits). The location of the house was a great reason to do some sport and keep fit. Walking up the hill twice a day was a sportive challenge. The place is high enough to be totally quiet. There are no public roads or avenues around. Wear good walking shoes (no flip flop). The car was parked in a covered garage in the property.

We were sharing a huge garden with a couple renting another facility in the same house complex. This couple reached the house, prior to our arrival, and occupied the two available tables (for outdoors) permanently (with empty plates or other personal belongings). There was a small round movable table with two chairs (with view to the sea) and a big fixed table with fixed benches (partial view). There was a big table inside the apartment, which was not meant for the garden. A good compromise would be to have one additional small round table in the garden (one for each apartment). At night, the stairs of the municipality uphill are partially illuminated and it gets tricky to walk despite the light of the cell phone.

Ontzettend warm welkom in heerlijk appartement met een prachtige tuin op een mooie locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht. Genoten van de heerlijke maaltijd, de ijskoffie en de gesprekken met de eigenaresse!

Very hospitable owner. Comfortable apartment, very clean and well equiped with quality bed. Pleasant terrace with nice view.

Kinda steep hike, not suitable for daily walk from city/beach with children, esp. with stroller (you have to use car)

Beautiful view on Adriatic sea, nice and cozy apartment with all what you need if you want to stay for a longer period of time. Host were very polite

It's a bit tricky to find house, but that's all.
