The difference is in the details, there are no details to make your stay more comfortable, only the bare minimum which can be insufficient for a whole week - enough towels, no paper towels, enough toilet paper, no shower gel, missing kitchen basics, no hanger, no clothes hangers in the wardrobe. The shower is broken - water temperature cannot be adjusted, broken sofa, also the area seems to be known for often power outages, we had to find another place to work for a whole day.

Clean apartment, self check-in, great communication with the host, plenty of room for two people, parking space available, nice neighborhood! We had a wonderful stay
