The apartment is newly refurbished, sunny and comfortable. It is 62 m2 large and located in the elevator equipped building on the 4th floor. There is a parking lot next to the building. It contains two spacious bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and loggia, located in the center of Lapad. You can find restaurants, coffee bars, beaches and promenades nearby. You can take a bus to the old town every 15min from a 50m distant bus station or take a nice 30 min walk.
