L'emplacement de l'appartement, le parking gratuit. L'appartement assez grand et très calme.
Il faudrait installer une porte entre le couloir et la pièce de vie. Installer une plaque de cuisson plus grande. Le clic clac pas très confortable. Et prévoir l'hiver que le chauffage soit en fonction ainsi que le frigo. Prévoir aussi le nécessaire pour relier un ordinateur à la télévision.

Présence d'humidité en bas des mur, menuiserie vieillissante en bois. Odeur d'humidité, renfermé.
