Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna. Wszędzie blisko. Jeśli cenisz sobie ciszę i spokój, tu będziesz to miał. Cena za obiekt niewygórowana. Salon z kuchnią bardzo dobrze wyposażoną. Łóżka w dwóch sypialniach bardzo wygodne.

Lokalizacja ok, mieszkanie jest na parterze co niektórym może przeszkadzać, a dla nas było plusem. Budynek zadbany, blisko jeziora ale furtka jest zamknięta i nie ma zejścia (na jezioro można popatrzeć, stoi ławeczka przy furtce), trzeba iść naokoło. Mieszkanie odnowione, zadbane, bardzo czysto, wyposażone we wszystko co niezbędne. Mieszkanie jest wysokie, ma piękne duże okna, szkoda że nie można zmienić widoku. Gospodarz sympatyczny, w mieszkaniu czekały na nas pyszne krówki i wafelki. Stosunek jakości do ceny to 11, bo otrzymujesz naprawdę wysoką jakość za naprawdę niską cenę, a miasteczko ciekawe, spokojne i senne, można odpocząć od zgiełku, dużo zieleni.
Zdecydowanie ten budynek ma najsłabszą lokalizację ze wszystkich w tym miejscu, widok z okien na parking i trochę na śmietnik (ale nie wysypisko, normalny zamknięty i czysty), reszta budynków ma lepszy widok, często idealnie na jezioro. Nie jest to wina gospodarzy i nie można tego zmienić, ot taki niuans.
