Great location, cosy room with a comfortable bed and helpful hosts
Shower pressure's a bit low, could be a bit of an issue if you have long hair

The room was warm, bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The place was very clean and breakfast was a bonus.
It was a pleasant 20 min walk to Aviemore.

Good for solo travellers, ok for a couple. Breakfast is put out, instant oats and stuff, fine to set you up before going out to get something a bit more substantial.
Location a bit out of town, but there is a shop and pizzaria nearby - again, fine for overnighters.
Can be slightly tricky to find - the house, although addressed as 1 Paterson Drive, fronts onto the main road (though The Snug itself is at the back) - I missed it at first and wandered around a bit until I found it! It's actually first on the left as you turn onto Paterson Drive.
