Große saubere Wohnung mit aller nötiger Ausstattung, super große Terrasse, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, nicht ganz im Zentrum, aber dafür sehr ruhig.

Logement propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Avec quelques petites cuillères supplémentaires (3 c’est un peu léger lorsqu’on vient à 5) et un grille pain, ce serait encore mieux !
L’isolation n’est pas très bonne (prévoir les boules quies pour s’isoler des bruits des voisins et de la rue passante). Les canalisations de la salle de bain pas top. Un rafraîchissement global de l’appartement serait à prévoir, surtout de la salle de bain.
