Nestled on the north coast of the island of Crete, close to the picturesque village of Rodia, with stunning views of the Aegean Sea the complex of Malvezzino Luxury Villas is an exquisite spectacle of minimalism, comfort, and form built on an island of unique identity. The hillside location enjoys breathtaking, panoramic views of the sea and Heraklion city.
Layout
Villa Hellena is one of the 6 private residences, covering 60 m2, featuring 1 bedroom and can accommodate up to 3 guests. The property features wide open spaces, with a living room, dining area and open kitchen, also offering Netflix and central A/C. The villas simple luxury and purity of materials will make you fall in love at first sight, promoting unlimited moments of relaxation on an island of unspoiled beauty and authenticity. Also, the in-ground architecture, natural stone and wide openings create a cool ambience and keep the Villa airy and sunny.
Interior
The main entrance opens up to an open plan area featuring the living room with corner sofa, 65 HDTV and fully equipped kitchen with built-in branded appliances and a breakfast counter. The bedroom offers a Queen-size bed (1,60 X 2,00), 50 HDTV and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and shower cabin with hydromassage column are also available. The living room and bedroom both provide direct access to the pool terrace, thanks to their floor-to-ceiling glass doors and enjoy beautiful sea views.
Exterior
The pool terrace features a private, 35 m2 infinity swimming pool with hydromassage (1,30 m deep). Pool heating is available for an additional daily charge and requires at least one weeks advance notice. The pool area is equipped with 1 double daybed, an outdoor sofa and a hanging chair, as well as an outdoor shower for your comfort. Furthermore, the outdoor dining area under the shade of a pergola is ideal for al fresco dining.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, guests have access to the complexs spa facilities, which include a sauna, a hammam, and massage services. The spa area also features an additional shower cabin and WC. Treatments are available by appointment and incur an extra charge.
In addition, a fully equipped gym is available, featuring dumbbells, a treadmill, an electric bicycle, a workout bench, and a multifunctional cable training machine.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Great place for a peaceful escape with spectacular views. Heated pool is a must. Welcome food and drink basket was perfect for our late arrival. Modern appliances and shower. Overall a very relaxing stay.

We loved staying at this property! It was luxury while also feeling very comfortable. We were recommended to have a rental car, and I am grateful for that recommendation. The location provides a lot of privacy, which means its a few min drive to restaurants and the city. Dimitri, our concierge, was a pure delight! He was always quick to respond, and assist us with spa bookings and wonderful city recommendations. We have every intention of staying here again for future visits.

Our stay at Villa Hellena was incredible! The villa was so beautiful, clean and private. Dimitris, Kostas and the etouri team were all excellent and so responsive to any questions and arranging truly anything else we needed. The kitchen has updated appliances and they even went shopping for us prior so we had everything needed to cook from check in (just need to provide a list a few days prior to check in). He also had the wine fridge stocked with delicious local wines which was an added bonus (minibar style). Our favorite part was hanging by the spacious pool and enjoying the beautiful view. We never heard a single neighbor, it was so quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend watching the sunrise over Dia island from the patio, it’s breathtaking! Also recommend getting a massage at the on site spa. Do not hesitate to book this place, it’s even better in person than it looks in pictures! Thanks for an AMAZING stay, we will definitely be back!

We loved the privacy and the quietness of the Villa. It was easy to find.
The quality of the Villa was first class, spacious and very well equipped. Everything worked just as it should. We loved how it was furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The ‘welcome pack’ was great and very useful. The pool was fantastic and excellent that it was heated, which we would strongly recommend if you stay when the weather is not boiling hot. As each Villa is separate and none overlook another, it did feel very private. The architect had also clearly given thought to acoustics as you could hardly hear any sounds from other villas. The view is amazing and it is easy and quick to drive into Heraklion. We absolutely loved it here.
