Great location. Kitchen was fully equipped with appliances. The backyard was lovely, Internet was fast. 1 AC worked the other didn't but 1 was enough to keep the place cool.
There is no running hot water, in order to get hot water you need to turn on the boiler electrical switch and wait 30mins which gives you enough water for 1 person to shower so the more people you are the slower this process becomes...

Clean, compact, comfortable - everything one needs. All the appliances and kitchenware were provided and in a great location. Great communication.
Nothing negative. A slightly larger sheet, a small shelf in the shower and some coffee pods (2 to 4) for the Nespresso would have been a nice touch.

Excellent location, could not be better at this price point, within walking distance to anything you need. Modern and cozy apartment, smart Tv with Netflix & double AC to keep it cool! Four big pillows in the master bedroom which were comfy!
The doors, using the locks were a nuisance. The bathroom has poor light and the shower is quite narrow. There was no duvet for the bed, a small vacuum cleaner would have been awesome for quick cleaning after beach days. Scissors, proper breadknife and a plant for the backyard would be a plus :)
