Ensemble correct
La concierge n’a pas été très agréable. J’ai attendu 15 minutes pour récupérer le logement. Je n’ai pas non plus apprécié qu’elle frappe à la porte deux fois avant l’heure de restitution : une première fois à 11h49, puis une seconde fois à 12h. Je lui avais pourtant demandé de patienter. Ce comportement m’a dérangé.

La concierge a été disponible, agréable et très précise dans ses explications sur l'appartement
La fiche de cet appartement ne correspond pas tout à fait à la réalité: il s'agit en fait d'un studio dans une très grande résidence collective avec de nombreux cabanons, type "village vacance". Or, ça n'aurait pas été notre choix si nous l'avions perçu dans le descriptif. D'ailleurs, le libellé était 'Studio plage Cannelle" alors que l'adresse exacte était 'Manganao Hotel".. qui n'est d'ailleurs pas un hôtel... Bien que tout soit très correct nous avons donc été déçu de découvrir cette structure collective. De plus, nous avons découvert des frais de conciergerie de 80 euros à ajouter (mentionnés en tout petit) et l'obligation de laisser une caution de 150 euros, ce que nous n'avions pas prévu...
