About this house rental
A 4-star vacation rental as rated by Atouts France. A typical old Norman house built of brick and half-timbering, fully renovated and set in a 2,000-square-meter garden, in a very quiet and unspoiled setting. View of the pastures, with no neighbors directly across. The first floor features a living room with a fireplace and a large, very comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room (refrigerator-freezer, multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher), a spacious bathroom with a large bathtub, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms:
The first, measuring 13m², features a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds and a desk.
The second is a 23m² mini-suite with a large walk-in shower and a powder room. The bedding is new and high-end. Sheets, towels, bathrobes, and slippers are provided, all of high quality. Complimentary toiletries are also available
The house has a TV with a DVD player, a stereo system with Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi.
For babies: crib, mattress, mattress protector, fitted sheet, and high chair.
In the garden:
The Norwegian-style sauna (dry sauna) seats 4 and features a window overlooking the trees, a changing area, and an outdoor shower for a truly relaxing experience.
Adjacent to the sauna is a covered patio with garden furniture for relaxing after a sauna session or enjoying a drink in any season (soft, warm blankets provided), as well as an open-air patio with a table and chairs for dining under the stars, illuminated by bal musette lanterns.
A second terrace, featuring a table, benches, and a very large umbrella, is bordered by lavender and accessible from the living room.
In the garden, a hammock, sun loungers, and deck chairs are available and can be moved around as you please.
In this cottage, everything is designed for our guests’ complete relaxation. We’ve paid special attention to the details to ensure your stay is a memorable experience.
To ensure a stress-free arrival or to enhance your short stays, we’ve provided welcome amenities: organic soap, shampoo, and shower gel, as well as condiments, a small emergency kit for your first breakfast, and other thoughtful touches...

Stylish, lavish appointments from luxury bedding, robes & toiletries to kitchen ‘essentials’ ( gastronomic treats abound ) and the cosiest, most user friendly sauna ( wasn’t really into them … till now ) will pamper & unwind the most demanding and weary guest into a delicious bundle of carefree tranquility. A bucolic wonderland created by the most generous & thoughtful hosts. J & S are top Cats. Can’t wait to book my return … so keep it to yourself!

An absolutely beautiful place, the house and surroundings are like a dream. Really like heaven. So peaceful.With all the home comforts and more. The owners live nearby and are super friendly and full of good advice.
An absolute must for nature lovers.
Also, Vimutiers has a lovely little market with the best cheese and butter. And a superb balery.

Un gîte confortable et bien équipé. L'accueil est chaleureux, les propriétaires sont soucieux du bien être de leurs visiteurs. L'environnement est calme.
