Relaxing holiday on an island with a boat jetty, in two quietly situated holiday apartments
These are two holiday apartments with a boat jetty, in a villa in the midst of a beautiful garden, just a few steps from the sea. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in two newly renovated and elegant holiday apartments, in a pleasantly quiet location on a small residential road in a tranquil residential area, not far from the town centre. Your holiday residence is in Barbat, centrally located on the south coast of the island. The island of Rab is in Kvarner Bay on the northern Adriatic and is connected to the mainland at Stinica, as well as to the island of Krk, by car ferry.
The fenced garden has a lawn and a flower bed, with trees, bushes and palm trees shielding it from views in and providing a true Mediterranean atmosphere when dining outdoors. There is a terrace with garden furniture and a grill in the rear part of the garden. There are six parking spaces on site. Several boat moorings and trailer parking space are available on request. The boat mooring area is only a short walk from the site.
Whilst the holiday apartment on the upper floor with a balcony with 55m² of living space is ideal for a holiday for two, the larger ground-floor holiday apartment with a terrace is recommended for a family with two children. Both holiday apartments have separate bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining space, a shower room with a WC, and a living room with a comfortable sofa. The holiday apartments can be booked in combination for acquainted couples or groups of friends to spend a holiday together, or else separately.
It is just 50 metres to the sea where you can swim. There is a sandy beach 200 metres away. There are shops, cafés and restaurants within 150 to 200 metres. You can go on trips to explore the island’s natural landscape. Barbat has many lovely hiking trails by the sea and there are sheep in the inland area. Many local festivities are held on the island, even outside of the main season. You can explore the whole island by bicycle and go for walks in the forest.

The living space of 55m² comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa and TV, an attractive shower room, and a kitchen-diner. The balcony with garden furniture invites you to enjoy meals outdoors. The bedroom has a double bed with one large mattress (140 x 200cm), with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. A wardrobe provides ample storage space for your luggage. The external door of the bedroom out onto the balcony can be totally darkened with blinds. You can relax in the living room on the two-seater sofa and be entertained in the evening by the little TV with satellite channels. Free wireless Internet access and air conditioning are available. The kitchen provides a two-zone induction hob, a coffee machine, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a kettle for self-catering. The kitchen also has a round dining table. The modern shower room has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard and mirror, and a WC.
