The room itself was beautiful. Very spacious and in immaculate condition. The owners were also lovely and very quick to respond to any questions I had. There was also somewhere to park the scooter I hired so that was handy.

Unfortunately, the view from my sea view room was really obstructed by an unfinished (and quite ugly) building directly in front and slightly down the hill. I understand that's out of the owner's control but it was disappointing none the less. I was on the first floor as you enter the building so maybe the rooms above have a better view. The location is definitely not for everyone. You either need a car or a scooter or be prepared to walk up (and down) a succession of steep roads. I didn't mind because I like walking but it was definitely a challenge, especially in the heat.

Friendly and responsive host. The property is very clean, modern and comfortable. Well-working aircon in the room, nice to have a mini fridge and also convenient to have a balcony (and a hanging rack outside!).

It is a very strenuous walk up a steep gravel road (with luggage) to arrive at the property. They should consider offering a pick-up service or giving better directions as we were told to just ‘walk up the hill.’ We did however ask for a lift down after checking out and they were happy to help, which was much appreciated. When you shower, the water unfortunately goes all over the toilet and bathroom floor due to the design. It would also be nice to have a small kettle in the room as it is bit of a walk away to get a morning coffee.

Clean and brand new. Nice view of the city and the bay. Friendly staff. Good balcony to chill in the morning and after a long day. There is free private parking.

Our room was a bit small, but still comfortable. The access to the hotel is however a bit complicated and the road steep and narrow. If you’re travelling by car, be careful as at some point it’s tricky and easy to sratch thr bottom of the car. By walk it takes 10 minutes max.
