Рядом с метро. Куча магазинов под домом. Быстрое заселение, ответственный администратор. Очень продуманное, хоть и маленькое пространство. Все необходимое есть и работает: кондиционер, мини-холодильник, бойлер, чайник и тд.
Был момент с уборкой в начале заселения, но он был (к обоюдному удовлетворению) решен администратором, поэтому за него балл не снимаю. А вот за шум сниму: как я поняла, это квартира, переделанная под мини-студии, и входная дверь хлопает очень громко, когда заходят соседи (по косяку можно клейкую поролоновую ленту положить, чтоб хлопало тише). А тк все ходят туда-сюда вечером, заснуть было сложно. В соседней комнате парень выходил покурить и поговорить по моб на балкон, и было впечатление, что говорил прямо над кроватью, а запах дыма был в комнате.
