L’appartamento è in una posizione comoda, a circa 7 minuti dal centro, all’interno di un condominio molto tranquillo e silenzioso. L’ambiente è accogliente, ben riscaldato e nel complesso confortevole. La permanenza è stata tranquilla.
La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata: al mio arrivo ho trovato molta polvere sul pavimento e il bagno presentava muffa e calcare nella doccia. Inoltre la porta del bagno risultava instabile e si è staccata improvvisamente. Con maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione e alla pulizia l’alloggio potrebbe migliorare molto.

El apartamento es muy cómodo y bien equipado. Es un primer piso, buena ubicación y con el frio, hay que decir que la calefacción ha sido muy buena.
Quizás falte una mejor limpieza en zonas “menos visibles” como el bajo cama, zonas altas de armarios, fugas de la ducha con algo de moho. Por último la cama es baja y el colchón ya muy usado, hemos tenido dolor de espaldas un par de noches. Pero en general, muy bien
