It was very noisy outside even with windows closed but I think it’s because it’s the weekend with lots of pubs open

Reception off site but entry instructions were emailed in plenty time to check in. They were very clear and detailed. Apartment clean and tidy enough. Ideal location for our trip. Bed comfortable. Although reception was off site it was very easy to communicate with them and they were very responsive. Good sized bathroom and with a decent sized shower cubicle. Also sent a video showing how to adjust shower temperature which was very helpful.

Numerous automated messages asking you to check in can be a little frustrating when it's your first experience of this form of check in. Thankfully reception are easy to contact and respond quickly and are very helpful. A small issue flushing the toilet on first arrival however it was due to slow filling cistern so no real issue.

I was in room 105, which is on the top floor of a 3-floor property up a narrow staircase. The room was clean, it had a double bed, fridge, microwave, iron, kettle, sink and a hairdryer. There were a few plates, cups, utensils, and a glass in the cupboard and tea/coffee, sugar and milk sachets available. There was a desk fan, but it was quite hot in the room, so I did not sleep well. The shower had good pressure and had shower gel and towels available. Getting to the property was easy, it is in a nice area on the high street, so lots of restaurants and shops and easy to get on the bus. I was going to an event at Crystal Palace, and the bus 227 stopped right outside. It was about a 20-minute journey to and from the event with regular buses, so it was perfect. I only needed a one-night stay, so it was good for that. I would not have stayed longer just because the room was too hot to sleep in. I was a woman alone and felt safe there.

It was a warm evening, and the room was very hot. They did supply a fan, but it was just blowing the hot air around.
