The well-equipped apartment Lea is located in Schienen (5 minutes by car to the lake), a village near Öhningen, close to both the Swiss border and the shores of Lake Constance. The 90 m² apartment features a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to six guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, TV, baby cot, and high chair.
Start your day with coffee in the sunny garden and relax in the spacious grounds, which you share with other guests. The lush garden offers a seating area where you can enjoy breakfast or spend evenings with grilled dishes. For children, there is a playground with swings, a trampoline, and a table tennis table.

The hilly area around Schiener Berg is ideal for outdoor activities like hiking or cycling, with many routes starting at your doorstep. The charming lakeside town of Radolfzell is 16 minutes (11 km) away by car, the UNESCO World Heritage island of Reichenau is a 35-minute drive (32 km), and Konstanz with its picturesque old town is 40 minutes (33 km) away.

Pros: Wir wurden vorab bereits über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Ausflugsziele informiert und konnten unsere Reise gut planen. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und am letzten Tag verabschiedet, da wir viel unterwegs waren und keine besonderen Anliegen hatten, hatten wir in der Zwischenzeit keinen Kontakt, was schade war, da Frau Vester sehr nett und kommunikativ ist. Sehr schön ist der kleine Dorfladen, hier findet man alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs und dazu beantworten die netten Mitarbeiter gerne alle Fragen zur Urlaubsregion Bodensee.

Pros: Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, alles picobello, mit wunderschönem Garten für die Kinder und grandiosem Blick ins Grüne. Tolle Gastgeber eine Spitzenurlaub!
