The bright "Reichenaublick" apartment is located right in the center of Allensbach, just a few meters from the lake shore. With 70 m², it accommodates up to 5 guests: a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with an extra single bed), and a bathroom. Wi-Fi is included.
From the balcony, you enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and mountains—perfect for starting your day with coffee and breakfast. Directly opposite are a bakery and a pharmacy; a supermarket and a restaurant with regional cuisine are just 2 minutes (160 m) away.
The Allensbach lido is a 17-minute walk (1.3 km) where you can swim in clear water and enjoy the panorama. In only 3 minutes (230 m), you reach the ferry dock with connections to the UNESCO World Heritage island of Reichenau. The train station is 2 minutes away (140 m): by train, you reach Radolfzell in 8 minutes and the historic center of Constance in 10 minutes. The lake is just 2 minutes away.
The area invites you to hike and cycle in idyllic forests and a nature reserve. Winter sports are possible after a 45-minute drive (35 km) across the Swiss border.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Bäcker, Eisdiele, ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bahnhof und Strand waren alle innerhalb weniger Minuten und nach ein paar Metern erreichbar. Ebenfalls gibt es einige Restaurants in der Nähe. Zudem kommt man schnell in die umliegenden Ortschaften.
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns auch viel für den Strand bereitgestellt.
Cons: Während eines Gewitters tropfte Wasser durch einen Riss in der Decke. Die Vermieterin hat jedoch versichert, sich darum zu kümmern.

Wir fanden eine Wohnung vor mit sehr schönem Balkon, Sicht auf den Bodensee.
Leider war die Wohnung schlecht geputzt. Zu Beginn hatten wir kein warmes Wasser in der Küche (was dann am Sonntagabend aber behoben wurde). In der Dusche kann man nicht aufrecht stehen. Da ein Duschvorhang fehlt, muss man sich bücken und sehr vorsichtig duschen, um nicht den ganzen Raum nass zu spritzen.
Die Vermieterin reagierte auf unsere Beschwerden bez. Warmwasser, Sauberkeit und Situation in der Dusche eher ungehalten. Zugutehalten müssen wir ihr, dass sie am Sonntagabend mit einem Handwerker vorbeikam, um das Problem mit dem Warmwasser zu lösen.
