Отличное расположение, но тяжело найти, т.к. отель находится во дворе большого дома. Номер маленький, но комфортный, кровать большая и чистая, спать было удобно
В ванной комнате кран и душ немного заржавел, шторка была не сильно чистой, и в душе очень мало места для высокого человека

Персонал не спілкувався українською (тільки руснявою). Незручний посуд та відсутність необхідного посуду (було б непогано щоб замість двох склянок і однієї чайної ложечки були дві повноцінні чашки і дві ложечки). В номері був чайник. Було б непогано щоб також додали такий собі welcome box з 2ма пакетиками чаю. У ванній на стіні була пліснява. Ліжко величезне, а ковдра на нього одна полуторна. Це теж незручно.

Готель знаходиться у пішій доступності від залізничного вокзалу, тому дуже зручно його бронювати у разі пізнього приїзду до Харкова, щоб не витрачати час. Номер чистий, є свіжі рушники, працює фен. У готелі привітний персонал, який дозволив залишити речі після виселення, щоб не носити їх з собою до потяга. Поруч знаходиться маркет АТБ.

Привітний та турботливий персонал, щоранку готували сніданки та вчасно приносили в номер.
За 5 днів жодного разу не було прибирання номеру. В номері багато тараканів, вони були скрізь: на стінах, у шафі...
