Casa Luisa

Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut, das Meer ist gerade mal 200 Meter entfernt und man sieht es beim Frühstück von der eigenen Terrasse aus. Auch das Zentrum von Porec ist in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Appartement ist voll ausgestattet, inkl. Kochmöglichkeit, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage und natürlich einem großen Kühlschrank. Ein kleiner Garten und ein überdachtes Carport sind auch vorhanden. Alle Fenster sind mit Insektengitter ausgestattet. Alles in allem ist das Appartement mit 2 geräumingen Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, der Küche und einem großen Bad sehr schön und ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Erst dachten wir es wären Kakerlaken im Appartement, aber es stellte sich haraus, dass es sich um Käfer handelt, die blitzschnell ins Haus laufen sobald man die Tür etwas geöffnet lässt. Das ist allerdings in Kroatien ein bekannste Phänomen.

Il nostro appartamento era spazioso ed accogliente, non mancava proprio niente. Nonostante il caldo fuori, all'interno la temperatura era gradevole perché è piuttosto riparato dal sole diretto. Posizione ottima, vicino alle spiagge e al centro. Nelle vicinanze anche un piccolo negozio di alimentari. La signora Luisa gentilissima, ci ha accolto con grande ospitalità.

Se proprio dovessi dire qualcosa che avrei gradito, sarebbe stato l'uso di una lavatrice per gli asciugamani che non sono mai abbastanza al mare e un asciugacapelli.

Cozy and spacious, very close to the beach and playground. The terrace is an advantage. And last but not the least, very nice owners.

It was kind of noisy during some nights at the restaurant which is just next door; but it’s not an apartment’s fault.

Great quiet location. Comfortable with plenty of space in the ground floor apartment.

Nothing really supplied. You must buy toilet paper, kitchen essentials like dishwasher tablets and there isn’t a washing machine. We were bike packing so can’t travel with all these things. Also there is an oven but no bakeware supplied to use in the oven. This style of apartment is suitable for a week stay rather than 2 nights. Also we asked for the wifi password multiple times and never received it from the owners. It should be written in the apartment somewhere or sent to you once checked in.
