Güte Ausstattung Küche, Viel Platz, Schön gelegen. Große Terrasse. Viel Geschirr, Kochutensilien und sogar Spiele vorhanden. Duschen relativ Neu und mit guter Funktion

Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, etwas abgewohnt (Fußböden, Möbel, Türen etc), Parkplatzsituaion ungünstig, da geteilt mit 2. Ferienwohnung, WC-Spülungen Reparaturbedürftig (beide Bäder).

Reparaturservice hat unkompliziert und zügig gearbeitet. 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind konnten gut 1 Woche dort verbringen. Die Wege ans Wasser waren fußläufig gut zu bewältigen. Im Prinzip kann man für den Wochenpreis heutzutage nicht mehr erwarten!

Ausstattung der Küche unzureichend für vernünftiges Kochen für 5 Personen. Offene obere Etage, so dass ein Fernseh gucken und/oder Musik hören, nach dem Schlafengehen nicht möglich ist. Das Parken von 2 unterschiedlichen Fahrzeugen, da im Erdgeschoss "Fremde" wohnen, ist kaum möglich! Der Gesamtzustand der Wohnung ist stark renovierungsbedürftig, inklusive neuer Möbel. Kühlungsmöglichkeiten, insbesondere wegen der heißer werdenden Sommer, fehlen vollständig.
