La struttura si trova nella zona industriale di Vasto: non è la scelta ideale se si desidera uscire a piedi la sera per trovare servizi vicini, ma è il posto perfetto se si cerca la massima tranquillità e il mare a due passi. Le camere sono ampie e pulite. Funziona come un B&B, con una stanza comune dotata di cucina e di tutto il necessario per la colazione; essendoci i fornelli, volendo è possibile anche prepararsi il pranzo o la cena. Nota super positiva: c'è un deposito con biciclette a disposizione gratuita degli ospiti. L'accoglienza di Ana è stata ottima; è stata così gentile da accompagnarci in auto a fare un giro dei dintorni per orientarci.

L'accoglienza della signora Ana e la vicinanza alla bella spiaggia di punta penna.
Rimane comunque all'interno di una zona industriale quindi non il massimo dal punto di vista logistico.
