The host was easy to contact and arranged the key handover. We waited a few minutes after arrival, but everything was ok. The apartment, in general, was clean.
The facility lacks basic implements. I booked the apartment for 3, and there was only one glass. I think that's unacceptable. Cutlery was minimal. The sofa bed wasn't good, though, and it looked better in the pictures.
