Great location to explore the Zillertal from

Our apartment had 2 (shared) balconies but no furniture to sit outside. For a place so well kitted out, a washing machine would be a great addition

Unpleasant stay :(

Nothing really

The flat was on second floor and no left.. so we had a hard time taking our luggage throw the staircase.. the flat was not really clean and many infects and small spiders which felt very uncomfortable.. keeping a dog running around my kids without a lech was totally unsafe and the dog is left walking in the stairs and around the arming area.. 2 days without WiFi wasn’t a good thing. It’s basically an apartment for long term where you need to bring all things that you need..

Viel Platz. Schön eingerichtet - zum Wohlfühlen. Alles top sauber. Viele Möglichkeiten, auch für Nicht-Skifahrer-Programm.

Toller Skiurlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder

Tolle Lage für Skifahrer, Skibus in der Nähe oder 15 Min zu Fuss zur Gondel. Ausstattung war gut aber unterschiedlich, Wohnung 9 klasse und neu renoviert, Wohnungen 3 und 11 älter aber trotzdem gutes Preis-Leistung - alle waren rundum zufrieden.

In den Wohnungen 3 und 11 fehlt ein Duschvorhang oder eine Scheibe, die Anlieferung beim Spar Markt der darunter liegt kann nervig sein, wir hatten das aber nur an einem Tag, da wurde früh morgens ab ca. 5.30Uhr ziemlich Lärm gemacht.

Einfacher Kontakt und einfache Kommunikation, einfache Schlüsselüber/abgabe. Lage direkt am Supermarkt, Parkplätze vor der Tür, alles sehr gepflegt und geräumig.

(Beschichtete) Pfannen waren sehr abgenutzt.

Schoon en mooi en best nieuw

Inrichting keuken matig, geen diepvriesvak in koelkast en best weinig vorken en messen en koffielepels. Verder geen onderzetters voor pannen. Gammele keukenstoelen. Geen stoelen of banken om ‘s avonds op te zitten. Bedden doorgezakt. Geen plek om je kleren op te leggen met naar bed gaan. Weinig handdoeken voor douchen. Geen aparte douche/geen douchescherm of gordijn in bad. Wc deur kon niet op slot en wc-bril kapot. Geen toegang tot balkon. Instructies voor sauna ontbraken. Geen plattegrond waar skibus stopt. Was uiteindelijk best ver lopen.

Nie wieder, schlechte Aussicht, Lärm und Staub ab 7 Uhr morgens. Heruntergekommenes Apartment.

Fehlender Toilettenschlüssel, abgenutzte Pfannen, keine schöne Aussicht, Baustelle mit Lärm und Staub ab 7 Uhr morgens. Konnten deshalb keine Fenster öffnen oder lüften. Unser Kind ist ein Allergiker und bekam deshalb mehrfach einen Asthmatischen Anfall. Licht im Schlafzimmer defekt. Eine Matratze war extrem durchgelegen. Auf den Fotos waren viel schönere Zimmer abgebildet, die Apartments standen alle leer und wir bekamen das heruntergekommenste Appartment mit Blick auf die Baustelle. Es wurde eine Schule abgerissen. Das hätte man besser machen können. Preis Leistung war enttäuschend. Haben schon bessere Unterkünfte in Fügen für weniger Geld gehabt.

V centru Fügenu, v domě velký supermarket Interspar. Parkování před domem zdarma, hezký výhled. Čistota pokoje na dobré úrovni, balkon s posezením a funkční wifi. Apartmán prostorný s vybavenou kuchyní, včetně myčky nádobí.

Check-In byl velmi chaotický. Nikde nebyly uvedeny instrukce pro ubytování a získání klíčů k pokoji. Odbaveni / registrace proběhlo online. Po příjezdu jsme zjistili, že ubytování nemá žádnou recepci, ani personál na místě. Telefonní kontakt uvedený zde na Booking.com byl na jinou osobu, která nás odkázala na další osobu. Té se nedalo dovolat. Po hodině čekání před domem jsme se dovolali, kde nám byl teprve sdělen kód ke schránce s klíčem od pokoje. Tento systém není nikde předem deklarován a check in je velmi zmatečný. Uklízečka velmi nepříjemná, jen vykuřuje před domem, ani nepozdraví a neporadí. Popelnice přeplněné a není kam vyhazovat odpadky. Pokoj nemá klimatizaci, co může být v létě problém. Dům prošel rekonstrukcí, a fotografie zde na Booking.com neodpovídají realitě. Jinak bylo vše v pořádku a pobyt byl příjemný.

Appartamento ampio e molto luminoso con bellissima terrazza sulle montagne, molto pulito. Posizione perfetta con parcheggio gratuito, comoda per raggiungere altre mete nello Zillertal. Ci tornerei e lo consiglio! Perfetta la comunicazione con l'host, rapida e gentile

Unica nota negativa sono le tende delle finestre che non sono coprenti, perciò alle 6.00 entra la luce a giorno nelle camere da letto.

Tirol ist wunderschön. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Der Ausblick vom Apartment aus war hervorragend. Sehr sauber, unser Apartment war sehr ruhig. Gerne wieder.

locatie is oke

appartement had niet 2 maar 1 slaapkamer, niet 2 maar 1 badkamer, koelkast was stuk, verhuurder onbereikbaar en het meest vervelend: er zit een supermarkt onder die iedere! ochtend om 05:30 uur bevoorraad wordt, het gehele appartementecomplex wordt dan wakker. Verschrikkelijke ervaring

De locatie is prima, boven de supermarkt. In Fügen zelf is het vrij rustig, In ieder geval in dit deel.

Helaas was het eerste contact ter plekke moeizaam. De kamer bleek anders dan geboekt, wat ook niet verholpen kon worden. Booking.com kon daar ook niets in betekenen op dat moment en die waren ook moeilijk te bereiken... Er staan goede recensies over dit huis online, maar helaas hadden wij blijkbaar een van de minder goede appartementen. Keuken is gammel, slecht ingericht (geen schaaltjes, alleen bierglazen en 2 wijnglazen, geen bekers in de badkamer, slechts 3 kleine lepeltjes, geen spatel/ roerlepel om te koken, geen bestekrekje in de vaatwasser) Koffiezetapparaat niet compleet, dus onbruikbaar. Waterkoker kon niet open en ging na 1 dag stuk. Gelukkig kregen we een nieuwe waterkoker en koffiezetter en 4 schaaltjes, maar het lijkt me dat sommige dingen gewoon goed moeten zijn... Badkamer had een bad en 2 wastafels. Douchen kon alleen zittend bij gebrek aan een douchegordijn. Kamer is Spartaans ingericht. Niet gezellig, niet comfortabel.
