Sura din Joseni

The property is very well designed, blending modern large spaces in the kitchen and living room area with old school memorabilia from the Communist era of Romania. The house and bedrooms are very cool despite 30C+ temp outside, had good a good rest.

There were still plenty of spider webs around the house. One example is the stairs from the kitchen to the upstairs area with the rugs. The baby cot was broken and our son fell through it, no injuries but a big scare, something like this is unacceptable, the bed was also missing the mattress which was something we did not notice as we placed our son on top of the blanket. The property does not really offer a good value for money, with an expensive stay for basically just using water, electricity and clean-up after us which was minimal at best. Last part was the water coming up dirty from one of the faucets no matter how much we let it run.

super nice decorations, we love it. The common space, massive and perfect for 2 families with kids. Lots of space to relax and play, Actually the sleeping area consists of 2 apartments. The first one has 2 rooms next to the streets and this is a bit noise. But all the other rooms are very quite.

Our recent stay at the house in Porumbacu de Sus was an absolute dream come true. It's not often that you come across accommodation that flawlessly blends tradition with modern luxury, but this house did so in the most breathtaking manner. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this was no ordinary stay – it was an unforgettable experience. The design of the house was nothing short of spectacular. Every corner seemed to be meticulously curated, seamlessly merging the rich local traditions with modern comforts. The result was an ambiance that transported us to a world where history and contemporary elegance coexisted in perfect harmony. The attention to detail was awe-inspiring, creating an environment that was both inviting and awe-inspiring. Speaking of comforts, the house left no stone unturned in ensuring a truly comfortable stay. It wasn't just about having the basics – it was about exceeding expectations. The thoughtful amenities went above and beyond, and we were delighted to find ourselves with access to a private cinema room. These added touches elevated our experience to a whole new level, offering relaxation and entertainment options that we hadn't even anticipated. The enclosed garden area surrounding the house provided us with a haven of tranquility and privacy. We felt as though we were in our own secluded paradise, shielded from the outside world by lush greenery. It was the perfect setting to unwind, savor a cup of coffee, or simply immerse ourselves in the beauty of nature. Another standout feature of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of the owners. Their willingness to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable was truly heartwarming. Not only did they provide us with a warm welcome, but they also assisted us in planning our trekking trip, offering local insights that added depth and authenticity to our experience.

Mini muzeul din Sura este foarte interesant, se vede ca a fost acordata atentie detaliilor. Probabil vara este un loc in care te poti simti confortabil, spatiul de relaxare este mare si filmele vazute la proiector au un farmec aparte.

Din pacate, descrierea de pe Booking nu corespunde cu realitatea. Nu sunt 4 dormitoare separate si 4 bai cu dus, ci 2 dormitoare sunt, in realitate, o camera de trecere care a fost transformata in dormitor si un alt dormitor fara alta posibilitate de a intra/iesi decat prin camera de trecere. Sunt 3 bai cu dus in corpurile de dormit si o baie accesibila din curte, fara dus, asa incat persoanele din doua camere au impartit una dintre bai. Am rugat proprietarul sa schimbe descrierea de pe Booking, dar ni s-a spus ca nu se poate si ca exista o descriere corecta in rubrica destinata administratorului proprietatii (nu stiu cine mai sta sa faca aceasta cautare, avand in vedere ca exista o descriere detaliata pe pagina Booking a proprietatii). In plus, in Sura a fost frig, cand am ajuns noi erau 16 grade, a urcat pana la 19 grade a doua zi, dar nu mai mult. I-am rugat pe proprietari sa ne ajute, au venit si au dat centrala mai tare, temperatura a urcat la 21 de grade in 2 ore, dar apoi ni s-a spus ca au vorbit cu cei de la mentenanta si trebuie sa dea setarile centralei inapoi, pentru ca nu face fata sistemul. Deci am stat la 19 grade in Sura, cu gecile pe noi. Nici in camere nu a fost prea cald, cel putin in camera de deasupra beciului, caloriferul nu facea fata. Ne-au dat un calorifer electric, dar la fel ca situatia din Sura, ni s-a spus sa nu-l folosim prea mult, asa ca nu l-am mai folosit deloc de frica sa nu ramanem fara curent sau chiar mai rau, sa se provoace un incendiu. Din pacate pentru noi, am ales aceasta cazare pentru vacanta de Revelion. Nu recomandam iarna, poate vara este mai bine, dar nu pentru 8 persoane. Dupa incheierea sejurului, am discutat cu proprietarul aspectele sesizate mai sus si a avut o atitudine constructiva, in sensul ca si-a exprimat intentia pentru a le imbunatati.
