This apartment had absolutely everything a family with a toddler could need and is perfectly located in the heart of all the buzz of Albufeira. The apartment was spotless throughout. The bedrooms and bedding were exceptionally clean, the split air conditioning units were in excellent condition, the kitchen was immaculate, and the bathroom was fresh and well maintained. The property also felt very safe and secure, which gave us great peace of mind during our stay. The check-in process was excellent. The instructions for collecting the keys were exceptionally clear and well communicated, with labelled and annotated photos showing exactly where to find the lockbox and how to access it. It made arriving at the property completely stress-free. A particularly convenient feature was the laundry service on the ground floor. For just €10, our laundry was washed and returned, which made travelling with a young child so much easier. The location couldn't have been better. Supermarkets, shops, cafés and a huge choice of restaurants were all within a short walk, while the beach and the lively atmosphere of Albufeira were just minutes away. The apartment genuinely felt like a home from home. The TV was a lovely bonus for keeping our little one entertained indoors, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare proper home-cooked meals. Every utensil, plate, bowl and piece of cutlery was exceptionally clean and well looked after. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and honestly didn't want to leave. We would happily return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone, especially families looking for a comfortable, clean and perfectly located place to stay in Albufeira.

The only minor issue we experienced was a small leak around the toilet, which I only noticed a few days into our stay. It was minor and easily managed with a towel, so it didn't have any significant impact on our holiday. I'm confident it would have been resolved promptly had I reported it sooner. The apartment also included a clear and well-organised welcome handbook with helpful information and professional procedures for reporting any issues or complaints, which gave us confidence that any problems would be dealt with efficiently.

Construction site opposite working 6 days a week not mentioned in property description Waste ground outside building next to the swimming pool not shown in photos Foul smell of excrement in property on 3 days of 7 always noticed when opening front door, numerous cigarette ends sanitary products on roof of property outside front porch which faces street Took €300 deposit despite information in apartment and on booking .com website Vacated property on 1st October took 3 messages/e mails to get refund eventually transferred back 12Th October when property was cleaned as we departed. Unable to access property until 6pm most hotels and other properties give access from no later than 3 pm
