With plenty of space for a large family or even two families traveling together, this amazing waterfront property on Lake Coeur d'Alene will surely be the highlight of your next getaway to northwest Idaho. This serene property comprises a main house overlooking the water and a floating home right on the lake itself. While both homes offer furnished decks and well-equipped and comfortable living spaces with unbelievable lake views, each home offers plenty of unique features and sleeping options for you and your guests. Challenge one another to air hockey games, soak away your cares in your private hot tub, tie up your boat, and swim right off the deck of the floating home.

This lakefront home is conveniently close to hiking trails, 14 miles south of Coeur d'Alene, and only 22 miles north of Harrison. If you're looking for a bit of nostalgia, be sure to visit Hutton's General Store just four miles west, where you'll find ice cream, a candy counter, and delicious brick oven pizza that you can enjoy out on the patio while you take in the view of Neachen Bay. And if you're up for a scenic drive, the Silverwood Theme Park awaits 33 miles northeast.

I stayed here in early August,,, my boys and their gf in their mid twenties stayed in the lower floating home. They were so happy with the water access with their jet ski and their dogs loved playing on the little beachfront ! The upper home I stayed in with a family friend and we found it to be very comfortable and well-appointed. The views of lake are gorgeous from every room,,, hot tub was nice too. We would definitely stay here again! It is equal to about 5 flights of stairs to get up and down from upper house to lower house ,,, but we didn’t mind,,, it was worth it!

Scary as hell, the pilings for the floating house move, the windows in bedrooms in upper house anyone could easily fall out of, dock is sinking
