A casa é muito boa, confortável, ampla. A manutenção da piscina é feita dia sim dia não. Sugestão que troque utensílios de cozinha alguns estão bem desgastados como escorredor e tábua pra cortar carne. Como a casa fica entre dois terrenos vazios ( esses terrenos estão com. Bastante mato) aparece umas baratas e caramujos. Uma deterioração resolveria. Senti falta de uma máquina de lavar roupa. E a TV foi bastante complicado pra ligar. O contato com o responsável foi excelente. Estava sempre disponível pra orientar e ajudar. O liquidificador não estava funcionando e imediatamente foi trocado. Um lugar bem tranquilo e seguro. Amamos a casa com certeza indicarei e voltarei
