Perfect location, with lots to do. The house was very clean and cosy. Kitchen was well equipped. Garden was lovely to catch some spring sunshine

I would say that this is the best cottage I have ever booked and stayed at. So warm and homely. I wish all were as nice as this. The facilities were spot on, rooms comfortable, bathrooms/showers lovely to use and warm sofas in the lounge comfortable, log fire easy to use and made the room even cosier and outdoor facilities brilliant too.
Location was eally very quiet too wih enough facilities in nearby Newton Stewart.
The one and only thing which was relatively minor is being able to unlock the frront door takes a little mastery of the technique.

Clean, comfortable, large enclosed garden and little things like tin foil, cling film, kitchen roll etc were a real help.
