Aerial Apartments

This is my second stay at Areal Property after visiting last summer, and once again, I really enjoyed my experience. The property is very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. There is a bus station just a 3–5 minute walk away, which makes getting around very convenient. At night, you can also walk to Fira in around 15 minutes. During the day, however, it can be quite hot, so walking isn’t ideal. The staff members are very friendly, helpful, and supportive. They kindly allowed us to check in early at around 12:30 PM, and we were also given a one-hour late check-out, which was a great bonus. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage at reception and enjoy the city until our flight at 8 PM. The property also feels very safe, with a police station nearby. I even accidentally left my expensive, high-quality wireless charger on the balcony, and when I came back, it was still there—nothing was taken or disturbed. Overall, I highly recommend Areal Property to anyone looking for a clean, safe, convenient, and welcoming place to stay while exploring Santorini. I would happily stay here again! Michael Luxembourg

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο του νησιού. Άνετα, καθαρά και μοντέρνα δωμάτια. Ο Νίκος είναι εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης και ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Σίγουρα θα τον προτιμήσουμε αν βρεθούμε ξανά στο νησί!

Posizione molto vicina a tutti posti dell’isola, 5 min da Fira letteralmente, vista bella non troppo ampia del mare ma carina, spazi giusti. Host gentilissimo Niko per qualsiasi cosa Rent, bagagli e consigli sull’isola.

Bagno leggermente piccolo, acqua che scorre un po’ piano ma problema dell’isola. Manca balcone più spazioso privato ma si ha uno condiviso molto bello. Parcheggio un po difficoltoso in strada ma si ha vicino il supermercato con grande parcheggio sempre libero e gratuito.

La casa è esattamente come nelle immagini, pulita moderna accogliente vista mare ottimi infissi ad un primo piano, accogliente, dotata di tutto (tranne lavatrice). Una delle strutture migliore in cui abbiamo alloggiato. A 1.6km da Fira, lunga la strada c’è uno shop/ mini market, e a 1km un market. Posizione ottimo per visitare l isola, situata in un paese tranquillo. La consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei con piacere. (Il miglior letto su cui abbia mai dormito) Nikos il giovane ragazzo che gestisce è davvero gentile sorridente e disponibile.
