About this house rental
A warm, modern 3 bedroom home awaits you. Located in a quiet cul de sac, on a flat section backing onto the Ramarama stream, you are only minutes away from the local coffee / takeaway store and a stroll along the beach.
Sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Two queen sized rooms, plus one room with two single beds. All beds have mattress protectors, pillows and duvets. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS. NOTE: Linen can be provided for an extra $20 per room, per stay.
Bathroom has a shower, vanity, heater and extractor fan. Separate toilet with hand basin. Kitchen provides all amenities, including dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine. Coffee machine and coffee grinder for your use. Heat pump installed for cold winter days. TV and freeview along with DVD player provided.
A variety of books, board games and puzzles are proved for your use.
Kayak is available for you to enjoy paddling in the stream. Fishing rods and reels for those of you who want to catch your own dinner. Large deck to soak up sun all day long and enjoy a bbq in the evening. Off street parking.
Whiritoa offers safe swimming in the lagoon for the little ones, while more adventurous swimmers and surfers will enjoy the main beach. At both ends of this beautiful white sand beach, there are walking trails for you to explore at your leisure.
Whangamata shopping centre is a 15 minute drive where you can enjoy a variety of cafes, shopping, golf courses and hiking trails.
Special conditions. Minimum of 2 consecutive nights stay. MINIMUM of 7 nights stay over Christmas / New Year period. NO smoking inside the house. NO PETS ALLOWED. Please leave all footwear and wet / sandy clothing on the porch. No tents or extra guests, unless by prior arrangement. Anyone under 18 years to be accompanied by an adult. Rubbish and / or recycling to be placed in bins provided and put out for collection on Monday, or one day later if a public holiday. Otherwise please take your own rubbish away with you.

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday in this lovely Bach in Whiritoa. Comfortable and relaxing Bach and close to everything, beach, shops. Perfect stay and wonderful weather made it even better.

We loved our stay at this bach. Basic but well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the games and body boards too. Lovely, gracious hosts. We will definitely return
