Perfect size for our group of 3 adults. We liked that it was tucked off the street. Washing machine was an asset.

We could hear the sound of voices talking and laughing. It appeared to be coming from the bar next door. It was louder when we opened the electrical panel. As North Americans, we struggled with the dryer feature in the washer. We are accustomed to a 45-60 minute dry and it being fully dry. Air dry took 2 days.
