Communication was excellent throughout. The location was close to all amenities with a supermarket 3 mins walk away. Ground floor access to the apartment was a bonus with all our luggage. It was also very easy to reach Gare du Nord by metro for our return trip on the Eurostar. The interior design of the property was lovely and bedding and towels felt luxurious. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The sofa bed was exceptionally comfortable for one. We didn't need to use the washer drier in the end but this would have been great to have earlier in our travels. The little bag we received on arrival included clean dishwasher cloths and washing up liquid etc, which was useful for a 2 night stay. We enjoyed a quiet drink in the little beer bar by the entrance, which closed at 10.30pm when we stayed Monday-Wednesday but not sure if this is representative of the weekend of course. It was great to be able to leave our teenage daughter watching Netflix on the big TV whilst we enjoyed a beer in the bar on the other side of the courtyard in case either of us needed something.

We stayed over in the recent heatwave and wished we had air conditioning to help keep us cool. The fan was just not efficient enough for the bedroom but it seemed to be enough in the living space when sleeping on the sofa bed, possibly due to more air movement. It would also have been useful to have some olive oil to cook with and a couple of Nespresso pods for short stay travellers like us who don't have a Nespresso machine at home. Maybe these two items could be added to the little bag with the washing up bits together with a couple of tea bags in case previous customers haven't left any behind. I must admit I was nervous about handing over a deposit of 500 Euros for a 2-night stay as I wasn't sure if we would get it back easily but thankfully it was returned within 3 days with no trouble or chasing. I understand why they would require a deposit having experienced pretty bad tenant behaviour myself.

- Hele kleine badkamer - Stroom viel uit en zelf deels kunnen oplossen. Er zou een dag later iemand komen om het te verhelpen, is niet gebeurd. Dus grotendeels tijdens verblijf geen stroom in slaapkamer (bij temperatuur van 35 graden buiten erg onhandig). - deposit van €500 is vrij veel en 2 dagen na vertrek nog niet terug gekregen - beeld van televisie stoorde

Es gab kein Kaffee oder Tee. Leider hat es im Apartment sehr nach Keller gerochen.
