The apartment of 75m2 is in the beautiful seashore town of Platja d'Aro 1km from the beach and shops, 15min from Palamós and 30min from Girona Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with a large terrace and a private garden with outdoor tables and chairs, as well as a community pool for adults and another for children. The three bedrooms have a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed with a single extra bed. There are two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a dishwasher, fans, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, parking area and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. Groups under 25 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

La comunicación con Roger ha sido de 10, ha estado atento a todo lo que necesitábamos y la entrada y salida ha sido muy cómoda adaptandose a nuestro horario. Por otro lado el piso es bastante grande, esta cerca del centro y el hecho que puedas ir con tu mascota es de agradecer. Aun así, diría que algunas partes del piso están un poco viejas/rotas y que la limpieza no es del todo correcta (sobretodo hablando de limpieza a fondo). Por todo lo demás, hemos estado super a gusto, muchas gracias!!

Apartamento grande con tres habitaciones, una de ellas con baño propio, otro baño, cocina, salon comedor y patio. Aceso a la piscina muy próximo y con aparcamiento gratis en la calle. Queda cerca de la playa, pero hay una pendiente considerable. Anfitrión muy amable.El apartamento necesitaria una reforma, hay cositas a arreglar...
