    Our stay went well, as we stayed there for 3 nights. Everything was good except daily cleaning. Hotel should focus on daily cleaning and room makeup. Else, Everything was good including gym and swimming pool. Breakfast option should be available

    تجربة سيئة للغاية ولا أنصح بهذا الفندق إطلاقاً. مستوى النظافة كان غير مقبول تماماً، حيث لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة بشكل مناسب طوال فترة الإقامة. كما لم يتم توفير مستلزمات النظافة الأساسية مثل الشامبو، ولم يتم استبدال المناشف (الفوط) رغم طلب ذلك أكثر من مرة. خدمة الغرف ضعيفة جداً ولا يوجد اهتمام براحة النزلاء أو متابعة احتياجاتهم. من أسوأ تجارب الإقامة التي مررت بها، والفندق لا يستحق التقييم الذي حصل عليه. لن أكرر هذه التجربة أبداً. This was an extremely disappointing stay and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The cleanliness standards were unacceptable. My room was not properly cleaned during my stay, basic toiletries such as shampoo were not replenished, and the towels were not replaced despite repeated requests. Housekeeping service was very poor and there seemed to be no concern for guest comfort or satisfaction. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel does not deserve its current rating, and I will definitely not stay here again.
