The property is well equipped with everything we needed supplied. There is information about the area too, including suggested walks. The property is very clean and I particularly enjoyed the thick extra large bath towels!

Absolutely fantastic place for holidaying with your K9 companion. Comfortable, clean with all the amenties you'd need (except a dishwasher but we survived 😂).
The 'holiday' dog tag was a nice touch and it was fantastic to have a small enclosed garden where our labrador could roam without needing a lead.
Wish the weather had given us more opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, but we plan to return so... next time.
Nothing we didn't like. We were a little cold on one day but I appreciate we were there in extreme weather. Would have been great to find some extra blankets in one of the cupboards to use 🙂

The cleanliness and the excellent position of the property. Decorated with taste, and our two small dogs just loved it and settled in easily, especially as there was a dog bowl that had bonios in and a lovely extra touch was the engraved dog tags that could be attached to their collars which said ‘I am on holiday at Gravel Farm’ and the phone number. Brilliant idea!
Thank you for allowing us to bring our boys, for your hospitality and helpfulness when I was a little thick with the phone entrance gate!
Wish the bed had been Super King size (it is a king size), however this would be large enough for normal sized people. Unfortunately hubby is 2m and a large chap, I am 5’10” and shall we say not slim! Lol
If I am being extra picky, would have loved Aircon or at least a ceiling fan above the bed, as a woman of a certain age staying during a hot weather period I did suffer with lack of sleep as just too hot.

The host had left some lovely brownies for us on arrival with a nice card which was a lovely touch. The location was good but only if you have a car, you wouldn't really be able to use these without a car as it felt like we were quite far away from any amenities.
Everything was so lovely, the cottage was gorgeous and we had such a lovely time. The location being a bit further out and not near any amenities was the only downside for us, but we did have a car, so it was fine!
