This spacious, non-smoking 3-room apartment, with 75 m² of living space and 2 dormer balconies, features a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette/bar, 2 bedrooms with double beds (1 measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m and 1 measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and an entryway. The vacation apartment is modernly equipped and designed to accommodate 1 to 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and slicer—all by Siemens. Tableware is provided for at least 6 people. Bed linens and towels are provided. The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by elevator. Free parking is available in the parking garage. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed upon request (for a fee). A visitor’s tax of 3.30 euros will be charged separately on site.
