About this house rental
Newly renovated 1000 square foot cabin located on the east side of Lake Cornelia in Clarion, Iowa. 2 bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed, 1 with twin size bunk beds and a pull out full size futon. The couch also pulls out into a queen size mattress. Cable TV, dishwasher, washer and dryer. 20x20 beautiful patio with built in fireplace. Large yard with private spacious driveway. Public beach and boat ramp less than 2 miles away. Small private beach access affiliated with the property. No WiFi available. No smoking. No pets. Boat rental is available!

Super cozy and clean place. Easy access to walk around the lake and not far from town. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is no WiFi - we had zero cell service out there so it was a minor inconvenience

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was extremely well stocked with everything you could ever need. The way the home is decorated is very nice. Our only problem was we had tripping hazards with all the rugs in the home. I almost fell more than once. The corners of the rug in the living room, curl up and our tripping hazards. The rug in the bathroom when you step on it it slides forward so you take a ride when you go into the bathroom which almost caused me to fall in there as well. The shower has no mat in it so that’s extremely slippery as well. I would also suggest leaving the dressers free of pictures and clutter, so that the guest could put things on top of them. I also was not contacted for over eight hours about the home and had to leave early in the morning for our funeral. I would’ve liked to have been contacted within an hour of or two of asking about the property. Overall, we really enjoyed the home. And it was very beautiful and quiet.
