BEACH FRONT PENTHOUSE PRIVATE ROOFTOP, HOTEL ZONE CANCUN BRIS 07

The condo was clean, but being in our 80's way too many stairs, 13 to bedrooms, 26 to the pool another 13 to the beach, but none into the pool, only ladders on the sides! I didn't count the ones to the rooftop because I only went once as there was no lounges only plastic chairs! We had trouble checking in and tried calling Ivan, but couldn't reach him, even the card tried because he didn't speak english but the call wouldn't go through. The air conditioners weren't working, but my hubby took the filters out and cleaned them, they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I finally tried texting Ivan because the call wouldn't go through. He called and sent someone the next day to fix the airconditioners even though I told him that my hubby took care of them. After that it was just small things, no wash cloths, light bulbs going out which Ivan had someone take care of, he wasn't in Cancun. , never saw him. The final thing was the the toilet in one of the bedrooms float was broken and when I told Ivan he said he"d send someone, but it never happened!! If we were younger the stairs wouldn't have bothered us and everyone around was friendly. There's a convience store, but no bar or restaurant. If you're young you'll be ok there, we're just too old and now that we're at the Royal Sands we can enjoy the rest of our vacation.
