This unit is located on the top corner floor of Ariel Dunes I and has a wrap around balcony displaying the pristine waters of Miramar Beach! The balcony has seating for everyone including a table to enjoy sunset dinners and the gorgeous views right from your condo! A very short walk to a private beach and you will be relaxing in the sand. This condo sleeps 8 with a master bedroom and two guest bedrooms, one of which has 2 queen beds - perfect for a kids room. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedrooms, and living room. Condo comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access.

The views from this condo are amazing. We were there for 4th of July and could see fireworks for miles from all directions. We stayed 10 days and didn’t want to leave. We had some issues upon arrival and they were there in minutes to fix it. Very responsive. We arrived earlier than our check in time and the property manager changed door code and said to just go ahead and go up. I could’ve stayed there forever. Great memories I have to cherish. Thank you

It was a nice stay, the condo could use a deep cleaning there was sand in the closet when we got there. The furniture in the living room could use to be cleaned. We had a few issues when we got there and it was taken care of quickly would recommend staying here

The unit, while spacious and comfortable lacked TP for three bathrooms. Their was only one parking pass. These were resolved with a phone call. The living area furniture needs to be cleaned and a wall clock would be of benefit.

The condo itself was amazing and the view was to die for but the cleanliness was a -15. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Food under the couch cushions, trash under the beds (nasal spray and tissues) and couches, stained furniture and towels , and vomit or some other disgusting substance on the balcony rug. Just not what you would expect for the price of the stay.
