House is in a great location and was well equipped. Has everything we needed as a family of four and then some. Small issue w check-in where the lock code wasn’t accurate.
Major issue with bugs - in the 5 days we were there, we saw no less than 20 roaches. In the kitchen - silverware drawer, dishwasher, counter. In the living room - couch pillows, game box, carpet. In the bedrooms, one even crawled out of a tissue box we had for my daughter’s runny nose.
I contacted the property and while they replied they would address, I didn’t hear back. I contacted them again and they said someone would come to spray, but nobody did. We were leaning the next day, so I didn’t hound them, but it was gross. I grew up on the area so understand Florida has bugs, but this was clearly an infestation based on the amount we saw (I don’t want to imagine how many we DIDN’T see).
Overall, great house but based on what we paid, roaches are simply unacceptable.
