Superb
The apartment was clean and comfortable and located in a quiet residential area. It featured everything you would need for a short / medium lengh stay (air conditioning, washing machine, wi fi, mini supermarket next door) but it's quite a long walk from Fazana historic centre with restaurants and cafes (the beaches are about 15 min walk away) so it may be more suitable for visitors with a car
The kitchen could be a bit better equipped (eg there was no chopping board) but it still had all the basic things you would need

The apartment is nicely located, close to small grocery shop and the beaches. Clean, nice terrace. It's smaller than looks on the pictures. The main room together with kitchen are a bit small but it was still ok for us as most part of the day we spend outside. There are some restaurants nearby and it's close to Fazana or Pula.
We have some communication issues as we're not speaking Croatian/Germany and the landlord does not speak English but more or less we managed to communicate. Small detail, but there was no iron (or I was not able to find it and google translator was not really helpful here) although mentioned in the description.

The inside of the apartment is quite small, and if you are travelling with a baby, like us, there is no place to put a crib.

They have a private fenced parking, the apartment was very clean and had everything you need. The beds have a good mattress! The back yard is very cozy and nice with a big wooden table and chairs. The location is good because everything is near!
The host didn't answer the phone for a few hours and we had trouble finding the apartment since the pictures on Booking didn't show the front of the building, which was full of beer crates and other beverages, since there is a store connected to the house. I specifically booked a two bedroom apartment since I couldn't share the bed, but when the older host asked us which bedroom we were going to sleep in, and I answered if it was a problem to use both rooms, she responded that it wasn't a problem for us, but it was a problem for her. When we settled in, we left the front door open for a bit and made a few urgent phone calls, the older host entered the house without question and asked who was coming (she wrongly heard part of our phone conversations).

It's a clean, well equipped apartment with air condition, 2 fridges, cooking plates, cutlery, microvawe, kettle, coffe machine, etc., TVs in both bedrooms. Friendly and helpful owner and staff. There was no problem when we arrived 11 pm. The location is quiet, the beach is in 10 minute walking distance, a supermarket is next door, which is open every day. There are two patios, where we could have breakfast or play family game for example. It was the second time we were there.

Beautiful souls, amazing location and lovely apartment!
I loved the apartment it was quietly secluded in a lovely outbuilding in the hosts garden, surrounded by delectable fruits and plants with a lovingly decorated open conservatory. The cushions had Mr and Mrs and love written on it as did the ironing board and lovely decor and paintings within the apartment that exuded love, peace and harmony - making my stay very welcoming. The apartment had brilliant air conditioning keeping the apartment nice and cool from the heat outside; a clean kitchen with lemon scented washing up liquid, new sponge and cleaning pad to use as well as beautifully clean cutlery, a vast array of crockery, utensils, cooking pots, pans, a cooker, microwave, a lovely coffee brewing machine and kettle. And the bathroom was lovely and clean with a washing machine, hair dryer, aloe vera shampoo/shower gel, aloe vera body lotion and aloe vera hand soap as well as a lovely daisy and honey liquid hand wash to use. The bedrooms had nice bright and white clean towels freshly prepared with clean cupboards, a tv and a radio. My only qualm was the bed linen and blanket could have done with a bit of a clean but everything else was perfect and the apartment had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
Everything had an essence of kindness, loving hospitality and generosity this could be seen from the decor to the kindness and warmth exuded by the lovely host Mrs Maria. I was delighted by her kind hospitality and offerings of lovely fruits of apples in the morning and her daughter Tanya having offered lovely tasting peach flavoured iced tea as soon as I arrived. The hosts were so good that they even had a gentleman collect me from the airport and drop me to the accommodation, making my journey into Croatia a welcoming one. I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend apartment Tanya to everyone.

2 sovrum. Bekväma kuddar, sängar och täcken. Stor kyl ute med frys överdel. Tvättmaskin, bara att använda på. Tv om än bara på deras språk. Tvättställning att ha på terrassen för tex badkläderna. En lite butik i huvudbyggnaden. Ac!

Den äldre mannen som mötte upp pratade ENBART tyska, vilket jag inte kan. Att man de inte var tydligt att de 3 knapparna med lyse var till badrummet och varmvatten pannan på eller av, lampa osv. Fick duscha iskallt en dag =) å de va tur jag inte vägde några kilon till då duschen va väldigt liten!!
Bara en platta som fungerade i köket, tog lite tid om man skulle både koka och steka. Lite för stort bord i köket och alldeles för många stolar att då plats med.
