Architecturally Designed Industrial Modern House In San Buono
A 150 year old house located on the main square in a traditional Italian village that has just been fully renovated to a super modern uber chic house. The house underwent a full refurbishment by a professional architect and his time to provide a truly one off experience. The house is only 20 minutes drive from the beach.
Houses in this region of Italy are all very traditional so Casa Lumnie is a real rare gem.
As you approach the house you will see a Royal blue door that represents a theme throughout the house.
Inside we have Polished concrete floors throughout with white rendered walls. There is a kitchen area with everything you will need for a stay and a fabulous fully working fireplace. As you move up the stairs to the main space you will see 14ft high ceilings with reconditioned beams, a wood burner and a very large space, with an air condoning unit. The hand sculpted bathroom and WC is also on this level. You then can walk through to the balcony overlooking th e Abruzzo Hills and the main village square. On the top floor, walking up hand made rustic feeling stairs you will enter the bedroom with a King Bed and Air Conditioning.
This property was renovated from a ruin over the course of the last year and truly offers a magical feel to anyone stepping inside it.
This House is steps from the main square with 2 bars, a shop and a Pharmacy. The village also boasts 2 fantastic restaurants.

Abbiamo scoperto per caso , questa chicca di casa , restaurata con gusto in stile moderno ed inserita in un borgo arroccato sulla cima di un monte . Un paese dal sapore di altri tempi , dove vive gente cordiale . Posizionato non lontano dal mare ,un posto rilassante fuori dalla confusione della costa . Anche se non abbiamo conosciuto di persona il gestore , si e' dimostrato molto disponibile e cordiale .
