Location was wonderful. Good generous breakfast. Lovely rooftop view. Nice kitchen if you want to cook.

Could have used a good cleaning. Linens were clean but the room, bathroom and hallways could have used a good scrubbing. Also could use more hooks to hang things in bathroom and room. Open closet with shelves and hooks would have been more convenient.

Incredible location, a minute away from the iconic Pont Valentre and views from the top floor breakfast terrace. The facilities are fairly basic, but more than acceptable - the rooms are large and comfortable, with a private bathroom/wet room. I was only sharing with one other guest, so plenty of space. The airy reception area has lots of sofas and places to relax, the upstairs bedrooms are on long corridors that are more functional than comfortable.

The reception desk isn't manned throughout the day - I arrived a little early off the train, and had emailed ahead and also called to confirm my arrival time, but had no response from either. The front door was closed, with no access, until a fellow traveller came through with a key card and let me in. There were staff around, but not very attentive to the fact I was waiting outside. I was able to leave my backpack at reception and check in later.

Location. The rooftop seating overlooks the famous bridge. That was enchanting. Great breakfast. Comfortable and clean.

I would like to leave my luggage there before check in time, as we arrived in the late morning.
