We stayed in Appartment B54. The appartment was clean and all you need is available, so you can "live" there without complications. The appartment was clean and nicely designed, had a view over the sea that was phenomenal.

Nothing. The appartments might be different from one another, though I expect they will all be clean, well equiped and well located.

Great apartments, clean, quiet and very convenient to the beach, close to shopping and dinning.

The apartment was very clean, had all necessery amenities and comfort. The front desk was very friendly and answer all our questions. The location was amazing, 3 min from the beach. Highly recommended.

It was only two things: 1. Dumpster and recycles bins are so far from elevator and limited information where these they were located. 2. Security personnel were rude and not professional.

A very nice stay.

This is the second time we stay at Balticus. The lady at the reception was very friendly I love the location, the room is nice and well equipped. The studio we stayed in was nicely decorated, the kitchenette was equipped with a toaster, a kettle, a microwave _ all the necessary cutlery. he light in the lobby before our studio not work the first day but we told about it at the reception and it was fixed. So everything was fine

Difficult to say. Probably the neighbours. They should not be noisy but this cannot be influenced by the host.

Superb

Amazing view from the 9th floor! Nice modern small apartment with dishwasher (very useful) and balcony. Everything is quite new, bathroom has plenty of room. It is very central in Miedzyzdroje, everything is close, beach is 5 minutes. Wi-fi was strong. The apartment was clean when we arrived. There was also a paravan to borrow for the beach (very handy) and also 2 small beachbeds/seats.

There is a big garage underneath the building, but: 1. it was quite expensive (50zl/day) - for outside of main season (we left beginning of Oct). We realized too late that parking on the street/in the vicinity was actually cheaper. For the price of the apartment I'd expect the parking to be included. 2. the gate system is very weird even through the building is new/modern. There is no chip / parking card, no camera/auto gate system, so when leaving the garage, you have to manually open the gate - ie. get outside the car and press a button on the right side higher up by the gate. When going in you have to either get out of the car again and go inside first (pedestrian access) to open the gate manually, or you have to call the porter by phone to open it (from distance) - he speaks only Polish. We managed ok, but it was not very user-friendly.

Nice for a short stay.

The apartment is located in a new building. The studio we stayed in is decorated in a scandinavian style. Very neat and nice. It has a sufficiently equipped kitchen. The great advantage of the apartment is a balcony with a sea view. It has a transparent glass partition. One can see the see both while sitting or standing. That was wonderful!

I think a parking place in the underground garage is overpriced. Some apartments are still under construction which means noise during a day but we were informed in advance. A folding divan bed is not very comfy.

Nice location but a horrendous last night and lack of customer service means I won't go there again

View, brand new apartment, clean and in great location.

On the last night the balcony panel made of glass made so much noise I couldnt sleep. It was not fitted properly and I hadnt noticed as priory to then it wasn't windy. In addition the wastepipe system in the bathroom sounded like the bathroom was haunted. I complained on the checkout and was told it was the builders fault. I tried to reason with them and tell them this should have been picked up during snagging at which point I was told I should have spoken to the night security guard. What the guard would have done I have no idea. They have absolutely no clue about customer service or how to handle complaints. Absolute shambles.

Super schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung in zentraler Lage

Toll gelegenes Apartment. Direkt an der Promenade. Wir hatten den 5 Stock . Gute Sicht, Helle Wohnung mit viel Glas. Und sehr Modern .

Kein Blick auf das Meer. Was zum Teil verständlich ist und ich nicht in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft stand.

Apartament spełnia całkowicie nasze oczekiwania. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, lokalizacja w samymym sercu Międzyzdrojów. Bardzo sympatyczne Panie w recepcji i jeszcze elastyczne godziny zameldowania i wymeldowania. To już nasz kolejny, 6 pobyt w tym apartamencie. Wracamy chętnie w to samo miejsce. Polecam.
