PETS: Strictly NO PETS allowed. Owner of the house has severe pet allergies.

Guests with pet/s will not be given access to the house. Subject to $500

PARKING: Driveway in front of house (5 vehicles)

VEHICLE: 4WD MANDATORY in winter.

SNOW SEASON: Some snow shoveling by steps and front door may be required by

guest during winter months. Main driveway is plowed during the snow season.
