Zdjęcia na stronie nie zgadzają się ze stanem faktycznym jaki zastaliśmy na miejscu. To że na zdjęciu sypialnia jest ujęta jako jedne pomieszczenie a kuchnia jako drugie oddzielne jeszcze bym przełknęła ale największy minus był taki że nie było zlewu w aneksie kuchennym. W ofercie jest napisane że w obiekcie znajduje się przywarty parking a takowego nie ma. Na szczęście na parkingu przy drodze było miejsce, jednak nie zmienia to faktu że oferta wprowadza w błąd.

Brak żelazka i deski do prasowania. Słabo zagospodarowany kącik kuchenny. Słabo zagospodarowany potencjał apartamentu.

Widok z okna na stare wille. Lokalizacja też bardzo dogodna - do solanek i stare miasto.
Lokal był jedynie znośny - np. urwany jeden uchwyt od prysznicu, spłuczka w toalecie, poplamiona wykładzina itd. itd.
