Welcome to our beautiful villa, nestled in the heart of North Burlington, between Toronto & Niagara Falls. Downtown Toronto is easily accessible via Go Train From Appleby Station. The Villa spans over 7,000 square feet and is perfect for families with an indoor heated POOL & sauna.
The resort style foyer opens up to 18 feet ceilings, 5 skylights, double staircases, marble floors and a bar area for your entire family to unwind. The large fully equipped eat-in Kitchen includes a walkout to an outdoor patio with BBQ grill with gorgeous sunset views. The kitchen also opens up to a living room and formal dining room with 12 seater dining table. Spacious family room contains a comfortable sofabed and large Smart TV with free Netflix and Chromecast available for use.

My extended family had a great holiday celebration. The property is easy to get to a close to shops. There is plenty of space and seating for everyone for sleeping, eating, and hanging out as a family. The pool was excellent and used by the kids every day. The house was very clean, but is older and well-used. This was actually a pro for us with young kids as we didnt need to feel neevous about putting the first sratch on the floor or smudge on the paint. Host was excellent with regular and prompt communication. We would rent again.

It was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful, and well maintained farm house in Burlington. The property is huge, and its worth every penny to stay. All the rooms of the house are very spacious and well maintained. The owner of the property (Harvinder Brar) is the sweetest lady we ever met. She goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have a comfortable stay at her property. Don't hesitate to book this house for your vacation.
